Risky Drops Mood

Following the release of ‘Mad Over You’ in February, Risky (@RiskyJavan) has dropped his second release of the year with ‘Mood’. Debuted live at Ché Lingo’s headline show at Old Blue Last in March to a sold out crowd, ‘Mood’ showcases Risky’s ability not only to be able to nip in-and-out of the melodic instrumental to deliver quick, punchy, smooth flowing verses, but also perfectly demonstrates his strength in providing perfectly catchy, melodic and repeatable choruses. This track is definitely one for the crowd at a live venue.

The visuals were shot by Gerssis David in LA, capturing his time out recording in the city and performing at the infamous SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, proving the perfect vibes for track.

Looking to gear up this year, Risky is set to release further singles featuring Afro-Caribbean vibes, with more live performances scheduled.

Mood is available to stream NOW on Spotify & Apple Music
